We found Acton Services after attending a workshop they ran, the workshop was really informative, interactive and enjoyable. After attending the workshop we decided to ask Jim Smith and Martin Griffiths to attend our Care Home to discuss further the services they provide. Following this we decided to use their services and we haven’t regretted it. Their experience and support has been invaluable in supporting the home and all the staff. Staff are now not as intimidated by CQC processes and have a better understanding of it which has their confidence and in turn improved the service we offer. I would recommend anyone thinking of employing the services of Jim and Martin to just go for it , we haven’t regretted it.
